Today our Church had a Baby Dedication for all the new babies born this year, a special prayer and dedication was said for the babies and their families, the moms all recieved flowers, and a sweet video played of the babies and their families..thank you Lindsay for including your dad and I in yours, it really meant a lot to both of us!
We wanted some pics of the actual event but our camera did not cooperate, so we went after lunch to the Arboretum and took a few...

Well, after a day of more celebrating Paul, I recieved my penny from heaven, at "On the Border"--actually Mike noticed it before me, under a bench while waiting on a table....but I bent down and thought immediatley of Paul...thank you Paul for teaching us all about how to fully live life!

We were privaledged to be asked today to go along with the Saxons and some of their sweet friends to the cemetary where Paul is buried and pay our respects today. What a beautiful family legacy there, a farm right behind the cemetary where Terrills father grew up and a church/school house where he also attended growing up. We left some cookies with the #24 and race flags on them at Pauls gravesite...

On the way home from Pauls celebration last night....

"If Paul was not in heaven, he would of had fun today at Celebration Day (at school) and his party tonight."

Grandchildren are the crown of the aged.
And the glory of children is their father.

Proverbs 17:6

We just got home from Leigh and Terrills---we had a birthday party for Paul---first we all met at Fuddruckers, one of his favorite places to eat, then to the Saxons house, complete with his favorite things..."Nacho Libre", Uno, a Jimmy Johnson cake that he had asked for last year, skittles, sour patch kids, Dr.Pepper, and Madalyn of course!
It was nice getting to visit with some of the Saxons special friends, Miss Jenn and her sweet family, Eric and Darrell and his daughter Gabriella...

Paul, I really miss you, I miss your sweet bald head and that smile! I know that if given the chance you would rather stay there in heaven than come back here cause there is no comparison! Buddy, we sure miss you! I looked and looked today everytime we went places for a penny but never found one, so maybe you might throw one out my way tomorrow! I love those pennies from heaven.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL

Seems as if we get little Sophie almost well---then poor Loraly gets sick---Lindsay is just so worn out from the remodel fo her house and now the girls being sick....
Then.....last night Mike informs me he is having some chest discomfort----dizzy----arm tinglings! Yikes!!!!
We left for Providence Hosp at Sunday--11PM, did not get back home till 10:30 this morning...ran EKG, blood tests for enzymes, nitro on his chest and a pain shot for his discomfort----so, tomorrow we go back to Providence for a stress test---
We both slept for about 4hrs this afternoon, still exhausted...
I will update tomorrow when we will know a little more, hopefully.

To Lindsay

Well, just a few more days and you will give birth to our 4th beautiful grand-daughter, Sophie...
You will do great, even tho you may be a little afraid of what happens on Wednesday. After all the hard work, look at what your reward shall be, a beautiful baby girl! Those rewards will continue thru your life, lots of smiles, laughs, hugs, boo-boos, tears, going to Kindegarten, dates, graduations, baptisms, and marriage one day.
One day you will realize what I have gone thru not wanting to "let go" when your girls are your age. Wanting to be there for all the important and fun things in your girls lifes, to watch them grow every day. Thank you for letting me and your dad be there for all those things!
You were my baby, I will always have that bond with you. I see things in Madalyn that remind me of you when you were that age, her love of school, reading, making sure everything is perfect, and going to McDs, and I see other things in Loraly that remind me of you of being her age, her smile, her eyes light up like yours did, sometimes her temper ....And I am sure little Sophie will remind me of you too!
I am so excited to love that baby, to be the best grandmother or "Ma" to her that I can be, I can't wait to hold her, to love her, smell her, see what her big sisters do as they meet her for the very first time! We will wait patiently outside with Madalyn and Loraly and give them all the love they need that day so you will not have to worry about them.
I have enjoyed shopping with you for Sophie, I know she will love all the fun and pretty things we have bought. And believe me, there will be lots more to come!
You know just how much your dad and I love you and your family, we will always be there for you! We are so proud of you!
